Instructions to make a TennisClub profile + making a registration

 In order to apply for coaching lessons, players must create a profile to TennisClub -system, which Smash uses for membership administration.

If you already have a TennisClub profile, you can skip directly to the Registering for Smash coaching lessons section below.

Creating a TennisClub profile

1. Go to www.TennisClub.fi - website. 

2. Choose ”Pelaaja”.

3. Click ”Rekisteröidy käyttäjäksi”.

4. Fill your email-address (check that no profiles exists with this email-address).

5. Fill out the registration form as follows:

   • PELAAJAN ETUNIMI = Players First Name

   • PELAAJAN SUKUNIMI = Players Surname

   • PUHELIN (MATKA) = Phone number

   • SÄHKÖPOSTI = Email

   • SYNTYMÄAIKA = Date of birth

   • SUKUPUOLI = Gender

   • KÄYTTÄJÄTUNNUS = Username

   • SALASANA = Password

   • SALASANA UUDELLEEN = Password again

   • KATUOSOITE = Homeaddress

   • POSTINUMERO = post number

   • POSTITOIMIPAIKKA = City

   • Seurat, joihin haluat liittyä jäseneksi = Clubs I want to join →  Choose ”Smash”,

   • Hyväksyn, että antamani tiedot siirretään kilpailujärjestelmä TennisÄssään = I accept that my information is transferred to TennisÄssä (Finnish Tennis Federations competition system).

     Choose this only if you are registering to tennis.

   • Hyväksyn käyttöehdot ja tietosuojaselosteen = I accept terms and conditions.

6. Press ”Lähetä” = Send.

You will recieve log in credentials to TennisClub system via email.

Registering for Smash coaching lessons

1. Go to www.TennisClub.fi  website and fill out your username and password (as received after the registration).

2. Enter menu (left side on page or left upper corner button).

3. Choose ”Valmennus” → ”Kausihaku” → and select the form for the location, sport, and level of coaching position you want to apply for.

   • ”Aikuisvalmennus” → Adults.

   • ”Juniorivalmennus” → Juniors.

4. Fill out the form and choose right shirt size and tick last box, where you accept our terms and conditions.

5. Press ”Lähetä ilmoittautuminen”.

6. You can check and change your registration by choosing: "Valmennus" → "Kausihaku" → "Omat ilmoittautumiset/hakemukset".
